This website is static. It does not set cookies, load third-party scripts or use analytics. Fonts are served locally. There is no contact form; contact is by email.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When a page is requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested file, browser identifier) to deliver the website and to prevent attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and efficient operation of the site. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place. Cloudflare also processes data in the United States; the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses and Cloudflare’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Cloudflare deletes these logs according to its own retention periods, set out in its privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Email contact
Mail sent to build@jonathanwahl.work is delivered through iCloud+ with a custom email domain, operated by Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland. I process your message solely to reply to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Messages remain in the mailbox until I delete them, at the latest once the enquiry has been dealt with and no retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under Articles 15–21 GDPR. You can exercise these rights by email. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
